My journey with the camera began in 2014 while covering the pro-democracy demonstrations in Hong Kong. Over the years, I’ve become drawn to the genre of documentary and using photography to make sense of people, systems, and the spaces they inhabit.
Although my degree was in Business studies, I quickly found myself working with social development organisations in areas of education, human rights, water and more. Depending on the communications outcomes they seek- whether advocacy, fundraising, documenting program interventions, internal alignment or branding, my process usually involves asking questions, clarifying objectives, and mapping the connection between field realities and institutional goals.

An an independent documentary filmmaker and photographer, I wear multiple hats including researcher, producer, director, cinematographer, editor and more.
